- Mobile number
- Employee / Contractor ID
- Assigned role (Worker, Supervisor, Contractor, Admin)

- Machine maintenance entries
- Job numbers, operator details, shift information
- Technical parameters & observations
- Uploaded photos or documents (if required)
1.3 Device & Technical Logs
- Device type and OS
- App activity logs
- Login timestamps
- Error logs for troubleshooting
We do not collect personal information such as contacts, location data, SMS, or any sensitive personal details.
Your data is used only for internal organisational purposes, including:
- Managing machine maintenance workflows
- Allowing supervisors to review and approve records
- Maintaining data accuracy
- Generating reports for internal use

- Improving system reliability and performance

10.1 Camera Permission
The Application may request access to your device's camera. This permission is used
only for internal operational purposes such as:
- Capturing photos of machinery, components, or maintenance activities
- Uploading photo evidence for technical reporting or verification
- Supporting supervisor reviews and maintenance documentation
The camera is never used for personal identification, face recognition, surveillance, or any unauthorised activity.
How Camera Data Is Handled
- Captured images are uploaded securely to the organisation's internal server
- No images are shared with third parties
- The app does not access or store your personal gallery or media files
- Images are retained only as long as needed for internal maintenance records
The user has full control and may choose when to allow or deny camera access.
If access is denied, certain features (such as uploading maintenance photos) may not function.
